摘要
目的阴道镜在外阴鳞状上皮内病变的诊断价值分析。方法选择2015年7月至2020年7月我科诊治的50例外阴鳞状上皮内病变患者的临床诊断资料,将其随机分为观察组(采用阴道镜下活检)和对照组(单纯采用活检),每组25例患者。观察比较两组患者的活检的准确率、漏诊率。结果观察组25例患者的活检准确率(72%)明显优于对照组,漏诊率(8%)明显低于对照组。观察组25例患者的临床诊断准确率(总有效率为72%),对照组25例患者临床准确率(52%)明显低于观察组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在阴道镜下取活检对于诊断外阴鳞状上皮内病变,取检部位准确,漏检率低,避免了盲目取材,在一定程度上减轻了患者痛苦,临床诊断价值较高。
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of intravaginal squamous lesions.Methods The clinical diagnostic data of 50 patients with vulvar squamous intraepithelial lesions treated in our department from July 2015 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(biopsy under colposcopy)and control group(biopsy only),with 25 patients in each group.The accuracy and missed diagnosis rate of biopsy were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The biopsy accuracy rate of 25 patients in the observation group(72%)was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the missed diagnosis rate(8%)was significantly lower than that in the control group.The clinical diagnosis accuracy rate of 25 patients in the observation group(total effective rate is 72%)and that of 25 patients in the control group(52%)is significantly lower than that in the observation group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the diagnosis of vulvar squamous intraepithelial lesions,biopsy under colposcopy has accurate location,low missed detection rate,avoids blind sampling,reduces the pain of patients to a certain extent,and has high clinical application value.
