新型“双皮墙”结构水平抗弯力学性能研究

摘要 为研究一种新型“双皮墙”构件应用于地下污水处理厂外墙的可行性,结合上海市竹园1.5期项目工程现场制作的试验模型,设计同等尺寸的现浇墙构件以及不同加固方式的“双皮墙”构件作为对照组,通过设计加载试验,对该新型装配式构件工作性能进行监测评价,对该新型构件的变形规律及破坏形式进行总结。试验结果表明:这种新型“双皮墙”构件较现浇墙有更好的受力性能,具有足够的抗弯承载力,能够应用于地下结构的外墙。 To study the feasibility of a new type of "double skin wall" component applied to the exterior wall of the underground sewage treatment plant, the cast-in-place wall components with the same size and the "double skin wall" components with different reinforcement methods are designed as the contrast group based on the test model made on the site of Shanghai Zhuyuan Phase 1.5 Project. Through the design loading test, the working performance of this new type of fabricated component is monitored and evaluated, and the deformation laws and failure modes of the new type of components are summarized. The test results show that this new type of "double skin wall" component has better mechanical performance than the cast-in-place wall and sufficient bending bearing capacity, which can be applied to the external wall of underground structures.
