碳中和在污水处理厂的实践途径与应用进展 被引量:14

摘要 碳中和运行是污水处理行业今后的发展方向,具有低能耗、低排放、可持续等优点。综述了碳中和在污水处理厂的实践途径,具体包括污水余温热能利用、污泥热电联产、原水碳源捕集、太阳能光伏发电、低能耗污水处理工艺的应用及高能耗设备的节能改造等,并对应用较为成功的工程案例进行了分析说明。在此基础上提出了解决制约污水处理厂碳中和实现的重点任务,包括从政策渠道打通污水处理厂与用户之间的热网连接通道,大力推进城市排水系统雨污分流改造并强化原水碳源捕集,开发具有高度稳定性的太阳能储能技术,强化低能耗工艺运行机理与控制因素的研究等。 Operation towards carbon neutrality is the future development direction of wastewater treatment industry,which has the advantages of low energy consumption,low emission and sustainable development.Practice approach towards carbon neutrality in wastewater treatment plants were summarized,including utilization of wastewater ther⁃mal energy,sludge cogeneration,raw water carbon capture,solar photovoltaic power generation,application of low energy consumption wastewater treatment processes and energy saving transformation of high energy consumption equipment and so on,and the successful engineering cases were analyzed.Based on theses,the key tasks how to solve the restriction of realization of carbon neutrality in wastewater treatment plants were proposed,including open⁃ing up the heat supply network connecting channel between the sewage treatment plant and users through policy channels,vigorously promoting the transformation of rainwater and wastewater diversion of urban drainage system,strengthening the capture of raw water carbon source,developing highly stable solar energy storage technology,and strengthening the research on the operation mechanism and control factors of low-energy process.
