摘要
以某客专大断面隧道工程为依托,研究隧道衬砌施工时,由于种种原因,导致隧道二次衬砌的浇筑厚度不足而引发的隧道二次衬砌受力变形特征。采用MIDAS GTX进行二维数值分析,研究了二次衬砌不同部位缺陷以及缺陷程度对隧道二次衬砌变形特征的影响规律。研究结果表明:(1)隧道二次衬砌浇筑厚度不足时,会引发隧道衬砌位移、应力和塑性区快速变化,对衬砌的安全造成重大威胁;(2)不同部位的二次衬砌厚度不足时,引发的变化是不相同的,衬砌拱肩部位厚度不足带来的衬砌受力变化远远大于拱顶衬砌厚度不足带来的变化;(3)拱肩部位衬砌厚度稍有不足时,就会引起结构出现塑性区,使二次衬砌发生局部破坏。
Relying on a large-section tunnel project of a passenger college,the stress and deformation characteristics of the secondary lining of the tunnel caused by insufficient pouring thickness of the secondary lining of the tunnel due to various reasons during the construction of the tunnel lining were studied. Using MIDAS GTX to carry out two-dimensional numerical analysis,the influence of defects in different parts of the secondary lining and the degree of defects on the deformation characteristics of the secondary lining of the tunnel is studied. The research results show that:(1) when the thickness of the secondary lining of the tunnel is insufficient,it will cause rapid changes in the displacement,stress and plastic zone of the tunnel lining,which will pose a major threat to the safety of the lining;(2) when the thickness of the secondary lining in different parts is insufficient,the changes caused are not the same,the lining force change caused by the insufficient thickness of the lining spandrel is far greater than the change caused by the insufficient thickness of the vault lining;(3) when the lining thickness of the spandrel is slightly insufficient,it will causes the plastic zone to appear in the structure and causes local damage to the secondary lining.
