普通油茶杂交子代重要经济性状的遗传分析与选择 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】筛选优良家系和优良单株,为良种选育提供参考。【方法】以福建省罗源国有林场的19个F1家系为试验材料,对其进行变异分析、方差分析、相关性分析、遗传参数估算,并开展优良家系和优良单株的选择,对普通油茶的杂交子代进行遗传分析,研究重要经济性状的遗传变异情况。【结果】变异分析结果表明,19个家系的平均变异系数为33.95%,第1级分枝高的变异系数最大(95.39%),果实纵径的变异系数最小(10.35%)。方差分析结果表明:19个家系的地径、果实性状、鲜出籽率存在极显著差异(P≤0.01);东西冠幅、南北冠幅、干出籽率、每平方米冠幅产果量、单株产油量存在显著差异(P≤0.05),其余性状间差异不显著。相关性分析结果表明,每平方米冠幅产果量与单果鲜质量、单果鲜籽质量、单位面积产油量呈现极显著正相关(P≤0.01),相关系数分别为0.626、0.605、0.673;与果实纵径呈现显著正相关(P≤0.05),相关系数为0.476。配合力分析结果表明:母本41-4单位面积产油量的一般配合力最高(9.65);父本46-2单位面积产油量的一般配合力最高(3.35);LY17号家系(“41-4”ד51-6”)单位面积产油量的特殊配合力最大(18.14)。【结论】以单株产油量为育种目标,最终选出LY16、LY17、LY11共3个优良家系,选出13个优良单株。 【Objective】The excellent families and trees were selected to provide reference for further selection of excellent varieties.【Method】The 19 F1 families from Luoyuan Forest Farm in Fujian province were used as materials.Variation, variance analysis, correlation and genetic parameter estimation were performed to select excellent families and trees. The genetic variation of important traits was studied by genetic analysis.【Result】The average Cv of 19 families was 33.95%. The Cv of height level of the branch was the largest(95.39%) and the fruit height was the smallest(10.35%).The variance analysis showed that there were extremely significant differences in ground diameter, fruit traits and fresh seed rate(P ≤ 0.01). There were significant differences in east and west crown diameter, north and south crown diameter,dry seed yield, fruit yield per square meter among 19 families(P ≤ 0.05). There was no significant difference among other traits. The results of correlation analysis showed that the fruit yield per square meter was extremely significantly positive with the fruit mass, the single fruit fresh seed mass and the oil per-unit area(P ≤ 0.01), and the correlation coefficients were 0.626, 0.605, and 0.673, respectively. The fruit yield per square meter was significantly positive with fruit height(P ≤ 0.05), and the correlation coefficients was 0.476. The general combining ability of the oil per-unit area of female parent “41-4” was the largest(9.65). The general combining ability of the oil per-unit area of male parent “46-2”was the largest(3.35). The special combining ability effect value of the oil per-unit area of family LY17(“41-4”ד51-6”)was the largest(18.14).【Conclusion】Taking oil yield per tree as the breeding goal, the family LY16, LY17, and LY11were selected and thirteen excellent trees were selected.
