摘要
推动新一代人工智能与科技金融深度融合对我国抢占新一轮科技革命和产业变革制高点具有重要意义。研究表明,创新驱动转型和绿色转型压力激发的科技创新需求是科技金融发展的主要驱动力。新一代人工智能对科技金融发展具有显著的正向影响。其发展水平每提升1%,科技金融发展水平会提升0.56%。经济发展水平对科技金融发展的影响较小,而对外开放水平对科技金融的发展具有抑制作用。政府应加强面向新一代人工智能和绿色发展的科技创新,为科技金融高质量发展提供重要支撑。
Promoting the deep integration of the new generation of artificial intelligence and science and technology finance is of great significance for China to seize the commanding heights of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation.The researches show that the innovation-driven transformation and the demand for technological innovation inspired by the pressure of green transformation are the main driving forces of the development of sci-tech finance.The new generation of artificial intelligence has a significant positive impact on the development of sci-tech finance,and the development level of sci-tech finance will increase by 0.56%when the development level of the new generation of artificial intelligence gets every 1%increase.The level of economic development has little influence on the development of sci-tech finance,while the level of opening to the outside world has a restraining effect on the development of sci-tech finance.The government should strengthen scientific and technological innovation for the new generation of artificial intelligence and green development to provide important support for the high-quality development of science and technology finance.
