摘要
目的 探讨心形缝合(改良垂直褥式埋没缝合)预防妇科恶性肿瘤患者开腹手术切口愈合不良的应用价值。方法 2020年1月至2021年10月成都市第三人民医院妇科收治的116例恶性肿瘤开腹手术患者,根据关腹时皮下是否采用心形缝合,分为心形缝合组(n=62)和对照组(n=54)。比较两组患者术后切口疼痛程度、切口愈合情况及切口并发症发生情况。结果 两组患者围手术期一般资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);心形缝合组切口愈合不良发生率为1.6%(1/62),显著低于对照组11.1%(6/54)(P<0.05);术后一周疼痛评分、切口感染及脂肪液化发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 心形缝合能有效降低妇科恶性肿瘤开腹手术切口愈合不良的发生。
Objective To investigate the application value of subcutaneous wedge-shaped tension reduction suture(also known as modified buried vertical mattress suture, MBVMS) in preventing poor healing of incisions in laparotomy in patients with gynecological malignant tumors.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients who underwent laparotomy for gynecolongic malignancy from January 2020 to October 2021 in our hospital were selected. The patients were divided into a MBVMS group(n=62) and a control group(n=54) according to whether abdominal wound was closed with the MBVMS. Postoperative incision pain, incision healing and incision complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in perioperative general date between the two groups(P>0.05). The incidence of poor surgical wounds healing was 1.6%(1/62) in the MBVMS group, which was significantly lower than 11.1% in the control group(6/54)(P<0.05). After one week of operation, the pain score, the incision infection and the incidence of fat liquefaction in the MBVMS group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The MBVMS can effectively reduce the occurrence of poor healing of incision in laparotomy for gynecological malignant tumors.
