改良超声双显影线引导下小儿桡动脉穿刺的临床应用及安全性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 分析改良超声双显影线引导下小儿桡动脉穿刺的临床应用及安全性。方法 收集本院2021年5月至2022年3月收治的需接受全麻手术患儿104例。按不同引导穿刺方法分为传统组(n=50,传统超声引导下穿刺置管)与改良组(n=54,改良超声双显影线引导下穿刺置管)。比较两组穿刺、置管成功率、首次穿刺置管时间、总穿刺置管时间、超声定位时间及并发症发生情况。结果 改良组首次穿刺、置管成功率及总穿刺、置管成功率均明显优于传统组(P<0.05)。改良组首次穿刺置管时间、总穿刺置管时间及超声定位时间均短于传统组(P<0.05)。改良组并发症总发生率11.11%,低于传统组的28.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 改良超声双显影线引导下进行小儿桡动脉穿刺可提高穿刺、置管成功率,减少穿刺、置管及超声定位时间,降低并发症发生率。 Objective To analyze the clinical application and safety of pediatric radial artery puncture under the guidance of modified ultrasound double-developing line.Methods One hundred and four children who were admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to March 2022 requiring general anesthesia were collected. According to different guided puncture methods, the patients were divided into a traditional group(n=50) and a modified group(n=54). The traditional group was treated with puncture and catheterization under the guidance of traditional ultrasound. The modified group was treated with puncture and catheterization under the guidance of modified ultrasound double-developing line. The puncture, catheterization success rate, the first puncture catheterization time, the total puncture catheterization time, the ultrasonic positioning time and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The success rates of first puncture and catheter placement and total puncture and catheter placement success rates in the modified group were significantly better than those in the traditional group(P<0.05). The time of first puncture catheterization, total puncture catheterization time and ultrasonic positioning time in the modified group were shorter than those in the traditional group(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the modified group was 11.11%, which was lower than 28.00% in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusions The puncture of the radial artery in children under the guidance of the modified ultrasound double-developing line can improve the success rate of puncture and catheterization and reduce the time of puncture, catheterization and ultrasonic positioning. The incidence of complications is also decreased.
