摘要
目的评价宫腔填纱术联合B-Lynch子宫缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院在2018年2月至2021年2月收集的剖宫产产后出血产妇的病历资料,从收集资料中抽选出74例作为主要观察对象,按照密封信封不透光法将其分为两组,每组37例,对照组单纯采取宫腔填纱术治疗,观察组产妇接受宫腔填纱术联合B-Lynch子宫缝合术治疗,评价对比两组治疗指标结果、生活质量、术后不良反应发生情况以及手术效果。结果观察组患者的术中出血量、输血量及术后出血量均少于对照组,手术时间长于对照组,住院时间、止血时间短于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后不良反应发生情况明显低于对照组,手术治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;术后观察组产妇的生活质量各评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论针对剖宫产产后出血的产妇采取宫腔填纱术联合B-Lynch子宫缝合术的止血效果好,术后不良反应发生率低,具有极高的安全性。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of uterine cavity filling surgery combined with B-Lynch uterine suture on postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods Retrospective analysis of the case data of postpartum hemorrhage women collected from February 2018 to February 2021 in our hospital,74 cases were selected as the main observation objects from the collected data,according to the sealed envelope opaque method It was divided into two groups,37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with uterine cavity filling surgery alone.Quality of life,postoperative adverse reactions,and surgical outcomes.Results The patients in the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss,blood transfusion and postoperative blood loss than the control group.The operation time was longer than the control group,and the hospitalization time and hemostasis time were shorter than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of surgical treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance,P<0.05.The quality of life scores were higher than the control group,the statistical difference was large,with statistical significance P<0.05.Conclusion For women with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section,uterine cavity filling combined with B-Lynch uterine suture has good hemostatic effect,low incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,and extremely high safety.
