摘要
摆动系统是泵送机械的核心单元,其性能的好坏直接影响混凝土泵送机械的性能。针对摆动系统摆不动、摆动慢等问题,分析摆动系统的工作原理,建立蓄能器充放油与摆动压损数学模型,分析摆动压损的影响因素。基于AMESim平台建立摆动系统的仿真模型,讨论摆阀阀块结构、蓄能器参数对摆动性能的影响规律,优化摆阀阀块结构,使摆缸换向时间由198 ms缩短到166 ms,最终通过实验验证了优化方案的可行性。
Swing system is the core unit of pumping machinery,its performance directly affects the performance of concrete pump machinery.Aiming at the problems of motionless and slow swing of swing system,the working principle of swing system was analyzed,the mathematical model of accumulator charging and discharging oil and swing pressure loss was established,and the influencing factors of swing pressure loss were analyzed.The simulation model of swing system was established based on AMESim platform,and the influences of the structure of the swing valve block and the accumulator parameters on the swing performance were discussed.The structure of the swing valve block was optimized,which makes the reversing time of the swing cylinder decrease from 198 ms to 166 ms.The feasibility of the optimization scheme was verified by experiments.
