摘要
数控加工中心在使用激光对刀仪测量立铣刀圆角半径时,即使经过精度调整和标定依然存在系统误差。分析激光对刀仪测量立铣刀圆角半径的原理,提出激光遮蔽误差是产生该系统误差的主要因素;建立激光遮蔽误差补偿表达式,进行实验验证。结果表明:补偿后测量误差从0.08 mm降低到0.02 mm,证明了该补偿方法的实用性。
When the CNC machining centers using the laser tool setting instrument to measure the corner radius of end mill,there are still systematic errors even after precision adjustment and calibration.The principle of measuring the corner radius of end mill with laser tool setting instrument was analyzed,it was pointed out that the laser shielding error was the main factor of this system error;an error compensation formula for the laser shielding error was established and verified by experiment.The results show that the measurement error is reduced from 0.08 mm to 0.02 mm after compensation,which proves the practicability of this compensation method.
