摘要
文章按照逐级施加水压力的方式利用TCS-1型抗渗仪等试验设备,初步探讨了水工混凝土掺不同粉煤灰的抗水渗透性,并进一步揭示了渗透破坏机理。试验表明:水工混凝土抗渗性受三种F类Ⅰ级粉煤灰的影响差别不大,标准养护28d和56d时掺30%粉煤灰A的抗渗性能最优;随着养护龄期的延长,粉煤灰的掺量越高则混凝土抗渗性能越优,研究成果能够为水工混凝土中粉煤灰的推广应用提供数据支持。
In this paper,the water permeability resistance of hydraulic concrete mixed with different fly ash is preliminarily discussed by applying water pressure step by step and using test equipment such as TCS-1 anti-permeability meter,and the mechanism of seepage failure is further revealed.The results show that the impermeability of hydraulic concrete is not significantly affected by three kinds of F Gategory of ClassⅠfly ash,and the impermeability of adding 30%fly ash A is the best at 28d and 56d of standard curing.With the extension of curing age,the higher the content of fly ash,the better the impermeability of concrete,the research results can provide data support for the popularization and application of fly ash in hydraulic concrete.
