摘要
目的探讨果酸联合590nm强脉冲光治疗轻中度痤疮的疗效分析。方法本研究共收集108例轻中度痤疮患者,均为2020年1月至2022年6月,于笔者所在医院皮肤科就诊并诊断的患者。所有受试者随机分成三组,即对照组A、对照组B和观察组,每组均为36例患者。对照组A给予果酸治疗,每4周一次,连续3次;对照组B给予590nm强脉冲光治疗,每4周一次,连续3次;观察组则是果酸联合590nm强脉冲光治疗,每4周一次;比较两组患者治疗3月后的总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组A和对照组B(P<0.05),;三组不良反应发生率无明显差异性;结论果酸、590nm强脉冲光治疗轻中度痤疮两者均为比较安全的治疗手段,而果酸联合590nm强脉冲光治疗轻中度痤却具有显著疗效,治愈率高,临床中值得推广。
Objective To explore the curative effect of fructic acid combined with 590 nm intense pulsed light in the treatment of mild to moderate acne.Methods A total of 108 patients with mild to moderate acne were collected in this study,all of whom were treated and diagnosed in the dermatology department of the author’s Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022.All subjects were randomly divided into three groups:control group A,control group B and observation group,there were 36 patients in each group.Control group A was treated with fructic acid once every 4 weeks for 3 consecutive times;Control group B was treated with 590 nm intense pulsed light once every 4 weeks for 3 consecutive times;The observation group was treated with fructic acid and 590 nm intense pulsed light once every 4 weeks;the total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared after 3 months of treatment.Result The total effective rate of observation group was signifficantly higher than that of control group A and control group B,(P<0.05),with statistical significance;there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups;Conclusion Fructic acid and 590 nm intense pulsed light are safe treatment methods for mild to moderate acne,however,the combination of fructic acid and 590 nm intense pulse light in the treatment of mild to moderate acne has a significant curative effect and a high cure rate,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
