摘要
该文调查了当前数字转型背景下的档案信息化标准建设情况,从数量、研制主体等方面分析当前档案信息化标准建设的成果与不足,同时聚焦数字化转型背景下档案事业发展的新形势,以及数字转型对档案信息化标准建设的新需求。最后提出基于需求导向推进档案信息化标准建设的优化策略,以期为未来标准建设提出建议,并推动档案事业高质量发展。
This paper investigates the current situation of archival informatization standards under the background of digital transformation,analyzes the achievements and shortcomings of current archival informatization standards from the aspects of quantity,researcher,etc.At the same time,it focuses on the new situation of archives development under the background of digital transformation,as well as the new demand of digital transformation for the con‐struction of archival informatization standards.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization strategy to promote the construction of archival informatization standards based on demand orientation,with a view to putting forward suggestions for future standard construction and promoting the high-quality development of archives cause.
