摘要
为解决EtherCAT总线应用于嵌入式系统中主站控制器开发困难等问题,文中设计了一种基于MCU+FPGA+EtherCAT芯片的主站控制器实现方案。采用STM32 MCU作为系统管理芯片,通过FPGA实现了SPI通信控制逻辑对EtherCAT主站芯片(EC-01M)进行实时控制。系统在FPGA上实现了MCU接口模块、寄存器读写模块以及EC-01M主站芯片专用SPI控制逻辑模块。较好地解决了EtherCAT主站控制器在嵌入式系统中的应用难等问题。实际运行结果表明:该系统具有EtherCAT标准协议的兼容性、实时性以及稳定性。
In order to solve the difficulties in the development of master station controller in embedded system using EtherCAT bus,this paper designed an implementation scheme of master station controller based on MCU+FPGA+EtherCAT chip.STM32 MCU was used as the system management chip,and the SPI communication control logic was realized through FPGA to control the EtherCAT master station chip(EC-01M)in real time.The system implemented MCU interface module,register reading and writing module and SPI control logic module dedicated to EC-01M master station chip on FPGA.The application difficulty of EtherCAT master station controller in embedded system was well solved.The actual operation results show that the system has compatibility,real-time and stability of EtherCAT standard protocol.
