公路工程在役桥梁基桩PST无损检测技术应用 被引量:1

摘要 桥梁基桩质量是交通基础设施重要的承载构件,针对高速公路养护期桥梁,基于无损检测方法,开展在役桥梁基桩PST侧向敲击激振能量波传递缺陷反射研究。现场开展大量试验研究,通过数据采集、缺陷分析及现场验证等综合手段,得出在役桥梁基桩缺陷反射规律,分析PST无损检测实用方法。结合工程实例,通过现场钻孔取芯法,验证基桩质量检测结果的可靠性。为类似工程提供理论依据和技术支持。 The quality of bridge foundation piles is an important bearing member of transportation infrastructure.For bridges in the maintenance period of expressway,based on non-destructive testing method,the research on the reflection of PST lateral impact excitation energy wave transfer defects in in-service bridge foundation piles is carried out.A large number of experimental studies were carried out on site.Through comprehensive methods such as data collection,defect analysis and field verification,the reflection law of defects in bridge foundation piles in service was obtained,and the practical method of PST non-destructive testing was analyzed.Combined with engineering examples,the reliability of the quality inspection results of foundation piles is verified by on-site drilling and coring method.Provide theoretical basis and technical support for similar projects.
