摘要
党的二十大科学总结新时代十年法治建设成就,对新时代新征程法治建设做出新部署,引领中国社会进入法治红利释放的历史机遇期。要深入学习贯彻落实党的二十大精神,坚决拥护“两个确立”释放法治的政治性红利,坚定自信释放法治的效率性红利,立足体系集成释放法治的创新性红利,立足中国式现代化目标引领释放法治的先进性红利,立足独特进路释放法治的功能性红利,以中国特色社会主义法治建设的高水平推动第二个百年奋斗目标如期实现。
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China summed up the achievements of the rule of law construction in the new era for ten years,made new arrangements for the rule of law construction in the new era and new journey,and led China into the historical opportunity period with benefits of the rule of law.It is necessary to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th Party Congress,resolutely support the“two affirmations”and the benefits it brings to the rule of law,release the efficiency benefits of the rule of law with firm confidence,release the innovation benefits of the rule of law based on system integration,lead the release of the advanced benefits of the rule of law based on the goal of Chinese modernization,release the functional benefits of the rule of law based on a unique approach,and promote the realization of the second century’s goal on schedule with the high level of rule of law construction in Socialism with Chinese characteristics.
