摘要
两性霉素B属于多烯大环内酯类化合物,作为临床上常用的治疗真菌感染的药物。与其他抗生素类药物作用相似,在具有抗菌活性的同时,也存在一定不良反应。本文综述现有报道中临床应用不同剂型的两性霉素B,描述其活性、毒性,总结其原因和解决方案,为此类抗生素临床应用研究提供帮助。
Amphotericin B is a polyene macrolide compound, which is commonly used in clinical treatment of fungal infection. Similar to other antibiotics, amphotericin B has antibacterial activity but also has certain adverse reactions. In this paper, amphotericin B in different dosage forms is reviewed to describe the activity and toxicity, and to summarize its causes and solutions, so as to provide help for the clinical application of such antibiotics.
