摘要 在矿山安全生产中,气体泄漏的安全隐患是威胁矿山落实安全生产的重要因素之一,气体泄漏同时也会直接威胁矿山工人的生命安全,需要及时识别气体泄漏的原因,进一步降低发生安全生产事故的概率,切实保障矿山工人的生命安全与健康。矿用空气压缩机,是保障矿山安全生产的关键保障型设备,利用管路将压缩气体输送至井下,保障井下施工作业的氧气充足,同时为井下气动施工设备提供动力支持,是保障井下顺利施工作业的重要设备。但是,被压缩过后的气体处于高压状态,输送管路时常会发生泄漏的问题,影响压缩气体输送至井下的实际效果。基于上述原因,应加强对矿用空气压缩机管路气体泄漏的识别管理,确保压缩气体通过管路输送至井下的效果。笔者结合矿用空气压缩机管路气体泄漏的相关情况分析进行探究,以期为矿用空气压缩机在管路气体泄漏识别方面提供参考和建议。 In the safe production of coal mines,the safety hazards of gas leakage are one of the important factors that threaten the implementation of safe production in coal mines,and gas leakage will also directly threaten the life safety of coal miners,and it is necessary to identify the causes of gas leakage in time,further reduce the probability of safety production accidents,and effectively protect the life safety and health of coal miners.Mine air compressor is the key support equipment to ensure the safe production of coal mines,the use of pipelines to transport compressed gas to the underground,to ensure that the oxygen of the underground construction operation is sufficient,while providing power support for the underground pneumatic construction equipment,is an important equipment to ensure the smooth construction operation of the underground.However,the compressed gas is in a high-pressure state,and the leakage problem often occurs in the transmission pipeline,which affects the actual effect of the underground of the compressed gas transportation.Based on the above reasons,the identification and management of gas leakage in the mining air compressor pipeline should be strengthened to ensure the effect of compressed gas being transported to the well through the pipeline.The author combines the analysis of the relevant situation of gas leakage in the pipeline of mining air compressors to explore,in order to provide reference and suggestions for mine air compressors in the identification of pipeline gas leakage.
