摘要
为提高剪力墙结构中暗装(或半暗装)消防管留槽质量,优化剪力墙留槽施工的施工工艺,解决剪力墙中留槽垂平度较差的施工技术难题,在深圳民治项目实施过程中,对剪力墙预留管槽施工常见难题进行了深入研究,在对大量施工技术工艺调研之后,依据设计图纸做法要求,提出创新可行的处理方式,并成功应用于本项目中。通过对消火栓及其管道位置采用铝模加木模结合的施工形式,较好地实现了留槽施工,并通过木模角部钉PVC管的方式,进一步提高了管槽成型效果,提高了施工效率,该施工方式可为类似剪力墙留槽提供参考。
In order to improve the quality of concealed(or semi concealed)fire pipe slot in shear wall structure,optimize the construction technology of shear wall slot construction,and solve the construction technical problems of poor verticality of slot in shear wall,this paper makes an in-depth study on the common problems in the construction of reserved pipe slot in shear wall during the implementation of Shenzhen Minzhi project.After investigating a large number of construction technologies and processes,According to the practice requirements of design drawings,innovative and feasible treatment methods are proposed and finally successfully applied to the project.In this project,the combination of aluminum formwork and wood formwork is adopted for the fire hydrant and its pipeline position,which better realizes the groove retaining construction,and further improves the pipe groove forming effect and construction efficiency by nailing PVC pipe at the corner of wood formwork.This construction method can provide reference for the groove retaining of similar shear wall.
