摘要
《无大师·缺工匠·低门槛:当前档案事业专业化面临的挑战》一文具有一定的创新性和启发性,但也存在很多问题。本文以全周期管理理念为指导,认为我国档案人才的评价应实施全场景评价,具体应从宏观场景、中观场景和微观场景三个层面去考量,并对迪昕文中的主要论点、部分论据和结论展开了相应批判性审视和商榷性分析,匡正了其中不合理的观点。
The article No Masters·Lack of Craftsmen·Low Threshold: The Current Challenges of Archival Specialization is innovative and enlightening, but there are also many problems. Guided by the concept of full cycle management, this paper believes that the evaluation of archival talents in China should implement full scene evaluation,which should be considered from three levels: macro scene, meso scene and micro scene. Finally, the main point,some arguments and conclusions in Di Xin’s article are critically examined and debatablely analyzed, and the unreasonable views are corrected.
