摘要
为提升中小型房企的建设质量管理水平,科学梳理项目质量管理思路,在市场竞争日益激烈的背景下,继续提升企业口碑以保持可持续发展。从参与人员、施工机械、施工材料、施工方法、施工环境构建评价指标体系,并进一步细分成14个二级指标,计算指标权重。然后以安徽某中小型房企的项目为例对模型的合理性进行验证。分析发现,不同因素对建筑质量的影响程度不同,在实际管理过程中应引起重视;基于中小型房企的客观资源条件对项目建筑质量的影响因素研究具有积极意义。
In order to improve the building quality management level of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises,scientifically sort out the project quality management ideas hoping to continue to improve the reputation of enterprises to maintain sustainable development under the background of increasingly fierce market competition.The evaluation index system is constructed from the participants,construction machinery,construction materials,construction methods and construction environment,and further subdivided into 14 secondary indicators to calculate the index weight.Then taking the project of a small and medium-sized real estate enterprise in Anhui Province as an example,the rationality of the model is verified.The analysis shows that different factors have different effects on the building quality,which should be paid attention to in actual management process.The results show that the research on the influencing factors of the project building quality based on the objective resource conditions of small and mediumsized real estate enterprises is of positive significance.
