摘要
叶圣陶出版教育观是指向编辑出版的育人功能的,同时也体现出其对近现代出版思想的赓续与发展。叶圣陶认为编辑工作与教育工作的功能相同,均具有社会教育作用;编辑与教育工作者都要有坚定的政治立场,勇于担当的家国情怀;编辑要善于发现、培养优秀学术人才,发挥出版的育人功能;编辑工作具有编研合一的特质;编辑应竭诚为读者服务。作为新时代的编辑,应继承和发扬叶圣陶出版教育观的理念,坚持正确的理论宣传导向,严守意识形态阵地,在编辑出版实践中充分发挥育人功能,注重编研相长、不断提升服务创新的能力,促进编辑出版事业不断繁荣发展。
Ye Shengtao’s publishing education view points to the educational function of editing and publishing,and also reflects his continuation and development of modern publishing thoughts.Ye Shengtao believes that the functions of editing and education are the same,both of which have social and educational functions.Editors and educators should have a firm political stance and a sense of responsibility.Editors should be good at discovering and cultivating outstanding academic talents and give full play to the educational function of publishing.The editorial work has the characteristics of combining editing and research.Editors should serve readers wholeheartedly.As editors in the new era,we should conscientiously inherit and develop Ye Shengtao’s concept of publishing education,adhere to the correct theoretical propaganda guidance,strictly guard the ideological position,give full play to the educational function in the editing and publishing practice,pay attention to the advantages of editing and research,and constantly improve the ability of service innovation,so as to promote the continuous prosperity and development of the editing and publishing industry.
