摘要
天津市作为国家级承接产业转移的示范区之一,科学合理地规划产业转移能够促进京津冀地区产业协同发展,促进产业进一步联动发展和集聚.笔者聚焦天津市承接产业转移问题,通过梳理承接产业转移的相关文献,依托《天津市统计年鉴》等数据,计算天津市16个县区的接近度值,并划分梯度;通过计算承接产业转移的产业梯度系数,挖掘低阶梯区域具备产业承接的优势产业类型;并从促进天津市区域经济健康发展的角度提出相关建议,为天津市承接产业转移发展做出最合理的规划.
As one of the national demonstration areas to undertake industrial transfer,scientific and reasonable planning of industrial transfer in Tianjin can promote the coordinated development of industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and also promote the further linkage development and agglomeration of industries.This paper focuses on the industrial transfer in Tianjin by sorting out the relevant literature of accepting industrial transfer and by relying on the data of Tianjin Statistical Yearbook.The proximity value of 16 counties and districts in Tianjin was calculated,and the gradient was divided.By calculating the industrial gradient coefficient of accepting industrial transfer,the advantageous industrial types of accepting industry in the low ladder region were excavated.And from the perspective of promoting the healthy development of regional economy in Tianjin,relevant suggestions were put forward for Tianjin to make the most reasonable planning for undertaking the development of industrial transfer.
