煤炭洗选过程需要消耗掉大量的电能、浮选油、水等资源,进行节电、节油、节水既符合国家双碳政策要求,又能降低洗煤成本、提高洗煤效益。孙村选煤厂重视生产过程中的节能降耗,积极利用前沿技术和高新设备等,不断促进节能降耗开展和洗煤效益的提高。
The coal washing process needs to consume a lot of power, flotation oil, water and other resources.Saving electricity, oil and water not only meets the requirements of the national double carbon policy, but also reduces the cost of coal washing and improves the efficiency of coal washing.Coal preparation plants must pay attention to energy conservation and consumption reduction in the production process, actively use cutting-edge technologies and high-tech equipment, and constantly promote the development of energy conservation and consumption reduction and the improvement of coal washing efficiency.This paper will combine the example of Suncun coal mine preparation plant to analyze the energy-saving and consumption reduction measures in the preparation plant.
