新时代高校教师师德信仰缺失及重塑之道

摘要 师德是教师的灵魂,正师德以正师风,师风正才能学风正。在当今高校环境里,师德信仰缺失的现象令人担忧。师德信仰缺失弱化了教师职业价值认同,大学课堂变得机械教条,削减了高校教师的自律意识,最终影响了高等教育的人本价值。文章明确了新时代高校教师师德信仰的内涵及价值,分析了高校教师师德信仰存在的问题,最后提出了高校教师师德的重塑之道:强化引领作用,明确师德信仰教育目标;发挥示范效用,构建师德信仰教育体系;激发自觉意识,调动自我提升内驱力;建立师德准入与考核机制,夯实师德信仰塑造基础;增强舆论保障,营造尊师重教社会风气。 Teacher’s morality is the soul of a teacher.Correct teacher’s morality means correct style,and also means correct learning style.In today’s college environment,the lack of teachers’moral belief is worrying.The lack of teachers’moral belief weakens the recognition of teachers’professional value,and the university classroom becomes a mechanical dogma,reducing college teachers’sense of self-discipline,and ultimately affecting the humanistic value of higher education.The article clarifies the connotation and value of teachers’moral belief in colleges and universities in the new era,analyzes the existing problems and finally puts forward the ways to reshape teachers’moral,strengthen the leading role,and clarify the educational goal of teachers’moral belief.It is also suggested to give play to the demonstration effect and construct the education system of teachers’moral belief,stimulate self-consciousness and mobilize the internal drive for self-improvement,establish a mechanism for admittance and assessment of teachers’ethics,and consolidate the foundation for shaping teachers’ethics belief.We will strengthen the protection of public opinion and create a social atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education.
