摘要
文章设计了一款燃气泄漏检测装置,以STM32F103C8T6单片机为主控芯片,由SSD1306显示模块、3种有害气体检测模块、火焰传感器、无线通信模块和报警电路等组成检测系统。当该装置的有害气体检测模块探测到周围环境中的低浓度可燃气体时,可通过采样电路将探测信号传递给控制器。当可燃气体浓度超过控制器中的设定阈值时,控制器通过执行机构发出报警信号,同时开启风扇并实时通过无线通信模块将数据上传至手机。该检测装置可以极大地减少燃气使用过程中可能带来的危害。
This paper designs a gas leak detection device with STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller as the main controller chip,combined with SSD1306 display module,three kinds of harmful gas detection module,flame sensor,wireless communication module and alarm circuit to form a detection system.When the harmful gas detection module of the device detects the low concentration of combustible gas in the surrounding environment through the sampling circuit,the detection signal is transmitted to the controller.When the concentration of combustible gas exceeds the set threshold value in the controller,the controller sends an alarm signal through the actuator and turns on the fan and uploads the data to the cell phone through the wireless communication module in real time.This detection device can greatly reduce the possible hazards of gas use.
