摘要
目的观察血清转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、白细胞介素-33(IL-33)水平在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者中的表达,并分析二者与AMI患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)预后的关系。方法选取河南科技大学第一附属医院2020年3月至2021年3月接收的130例AMI患者作为研究对象,接受PCI治疗前检测血清TGF-β、IL-33水平,接受PCI治疗后进行为期1 a的随访,依据随访期间不良心血管事件发生情况评估预后并进行分组。比较不同预后患者临床资料及TGF-β、IL-33水平,分析血清TGF-β、IL-33水平与AMI患者PCI预后的关系。结果130例患者接受PCI后经1 a随访,预后不良有32例,占24.62%(32/130);预后不良组治疗前血清TGF-β水平低于预后良好组,IL-33水平高于预后良好组(P>0.05);两组其他一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);点二列相关性检验结果显示,血清TGF-β水平与AMI患者PCI预后呈负相关(r=-0.513,P<0.001),血清IL-33水平与AMI患者PCI预后呈正相关(r=0.391,P<0.001);经logistic回归分析,结果显示,治疗前血清TGF-β水平低表达、IL-33水平过表达可能是AMI患者PCI预后不良的风险因子(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论血清TGF-β、IL-33水平与AMI患者PCI预后存在一定关系,且血清TGF-β低表达、IL-33高表达提示AMI患者PCI预后不良发生率较高。
Objective To observe the expression of serum transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)and interleukin-33(IL-33)levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),and to analyze their relationship with the prognosis of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in AMI patients.Methods A total of 130 patients with AMI received by the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.The levels of serum TGF-βand IL-33 were detected when they arrived at the hospital.All patients were followed up for 1 year after PCI treatment in hospital.The prognosis was evaluated and divided into groups according to the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events during the follow-up period.The clinical data and the levels of TGF-βand IL-33 in patients with different prognosis were compared,and the relationship between the levels of serum TGF-βand IL-33 and the prognosis of PCI in patients with AMI was analyzed.Results After one year follow-up,32 of 130 patients had poor prognosis,accounting for 24.62%(32/130).The level of serum TGF-βin the poor prognosis group was lower than that in the good prognosis group,and the level of IL-33 was higher than that in the good prognosis group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in other baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).Through the correlation test of point two columns,the results showed that,the level of serum TGF-βwas negatively correlated with the prognosis of PCI in patients with AMI(r=0.513,P<0.001),and the level of serum IL-33 was positively correlated with the prognosis of PCI in patients with AMI(r=0.391,P<0.001).The results of logistic regression analysis showed that,low expression of serum TGF-βand overexpression of serum IL-33 might be risk factors for poor prognosis of PCI in patients with AMI(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain relationship between the levels of serum TGF-βand IL-33 and the prognosis of PCI in patients with AMI.The low expression of se
