炼化企业污水近零排放技术应用探讨

ON THE APPLICATION OF NEAR-ZERO SEWAGE DISCHARGE TECHNOLOGY IN REFINING AND CHEMICAL ENTERPRISES

摘要 近年来,随着我国“长江、黄河大保护”政策的出台,以及石化行业相关节能环保要求进一步加强,国内现有炼化企业污水处理及回用技术路线已无法满足需要。基于此背景,有必要针对炼化企业污水近零排放技术开展研究,促进企业以绿色、环保、节能为方向转型升级。分析了炼化企业污水水质特点以及处理和回用现状,分别提出了生产污水、含盐污水、清净废水以及高盐污水的处理与回用方法,探讨了全厂污水近零排放技术路线。 In recent years,with the introduction of China’s“great protection of the Yangtze River and the Yellow River”policy and the further strengthening of relevant energy conservation and environmental protection requirements in the petrochemical industry,the existing technical routes of sewage treatment and reuse in domestic refining and chemical enterprises has been unable to meet the needs.Based on this background,it is necessary to conduct research on near-zero sewage discharge technology for refining and chemical enterprises to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises in the direction of green,environmental protection and energy saving.This paper analyzes the characteristics of sewage quality and the current situation of treatment and reuse in refining and chemical enterprises.It puts forward the treatment and reuse methods for production sewage,saline sewage,clean wastewater and high salt sewage.The paper also discusses the technical route for near-zero discharge of sewage in the whole plant.
