冰箱压缩机气缸座铸造用湿型粘土砂的研究

摘要 通过调节硅砂粒度和调控硅砂、膨润土的混制比例,使湿型粘土砂造型时,型砂剪切强度、平均细度得以提高,从而降低型砂鲕化率,减少铸件粘砂、气孔等缺陷,实现冰箱压缩机气缸座铸件生产中环保型无煤粉湿型粘土砂的批量应用。 By adjusting the particle size of silica sand and the mixing ratio of silica sand and bentonite,the shear strength and average fineness of green sand can be improved during the molding of green clay sand,so as to reduce the oolitic rate of green sand,reduce the defects such as sand sticking and air holes in castings,and realize the batch application of environment-friendly coal free green clay sand in the production of refrigerator compressor cylinder block castings.
