摘要
本文简述了国产软管液飞线组件信息、初始设计方案、建造测试流程。分析研究建造测试5点难题共计3类,并给出解决办法。同时就焊接进行了散热装置数据实验,确定散热装置参数。采用给出的解决办法进行新方案设计,采用新方案有效解决相关难题,为后续同类产品提供参考。
This paper briefly described the component information,initial design scheme,construction and test process of the first set of hose hydraulic flying lead.In addition,it analyzes and studies five problems in construction testing,totaling 3 categories,and provides solutions.Moreover,it conducts the data experiment of heat dissipation device on welding to determine the parameters of heat dissipation device,adopts the solutions given to design new schemes,and uses the new schemes to effectively solve relevant problems,providing references for similar products in the future.
