摘要
为了解厂拌热再生技术在山区公路沥青路面养护工程中的应用是否为节能减排的有效方法,研究选择贵州省S303铜仁境内某路段大修工程作为分析对象,采用基于全生命周期评价的环境效益分析方法,量化分析应用厂拌热再生技术与传统铣刨重铺养护方式的能源消耗和环境排放。对比得出在山区公路沥青路面养护工程中应用厂拌热再生技术,具有良好的节能和减排效益,环境效益明显,并且可以通过提高RAP掺配比例、形成RAP分类回收利用机制、加强再生工厂环保措施应用、推动区域再生工厂科学布局等进一步提升厂拌热再生环境效益,助力山区公路养护节能减排和绿色发展。
In order to find out whether the application of plant mix hot recycling technology in asphalt pavement maintenance engineering of mountainous highway is an effective method of energy conservation and emission reduction,this paper selects a section of asphalt pavement maintenanceproject in Tongren of S303 in Guizhou Province as the analysis object,and uses the environmental benefits analysis method based on life cycle assessment to quantitatively analyze the energy consumption and environmental emissions of hot central plant recycling and traditional milling resurfacing maintenance method.The comparison shows that the application of hot central plant recycling technology in highway asphalt pavement maintenance project has good energy conservation and emission reduction,and obvious environmental benefits.It can further improve the environmental benefits of hot central plant recycling by increasing the blending ratio of RAP,forming the classification recycling mechanism of RAP,strengthening the application of environmental protection measures in recycling plants,and promoting the scientific layout of regional recycling plants.
