未来可期-体外冲击波疗法对肌肉痉挛及肌肉代谢影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 肌肉痉挛是一种常见疾病,按病因可分为中枢性肌肉痉挛及周围性肌肉痉挛。中枢性肌肉痉挛以脑卒中与脑瘫为代表,而周围性肌肉痉挛常由损伤或长期固定引起的上、下肢肌肉失衡造成。控制、治疗肌肉痉挛的非药物方法主要通过各种康复手段调控肌肉的神经传导及代谢,而体外冲击波疗法(extracorporeal shock wave therapy,ESWT)具有精准靶向的特点,在控制肌肉痉挛及促进肌肉代谢方面显示出了广阔的前景。本专栏聚焦ESWT控制中枢性肌肉痉挛如脑卒中后肌肉痉挛、小儿脑瘫后肌肉痉挛及周围性肌肉痉挛,同时就ESWT促进肌肉代谢的作用等进行导读。 Muscle spasm is a common disease,which can be divided into central muscle spasm and peripheral muscle spasm according to the etiology.Central myospasm is represented by stroke and cerebral palsy,while peripheral myospasm is often caused by muscle imbalance in the upper and lower limbs due to injury or long-term immobilisation.Non-drug methods to control and treat muscle spasm mainly regulate muscle nerve conduction and metabolism through various rehabilitation means,while ESWT has the characteristics of precise targeting,which has shown a broad prospect in controlling muscle spasm and promoting muscle metabolism.This column focused on ESWT control of central muscle spasm,muscular spasm after stroke,pediatric muscle spasm after cerebral palsy and peripheral muscle spasm,and also provided an introduction to the role of ESWT in promoting muscle metabolism.
