摘要
目的了解类风湿关节炎患者疾病感受的真实体验,旨在为类风湿关节炎患者临床护理干预策略的制订提供参考依据。方法选取2021年11—12月在贵阳市某三级甲等综合医院住院的12例类风湿关节炎患者为研究对象,对其进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析。结果提炼出4个主题:(1)担心给家庭带来经济负担;(2)担心关节畸形生活不能自理;(3)心理负担过重;(4)自责感充斥内心。结论类风湿关节炎患者心理、生理、社会等方面需求较大,自我感受负担重,护理人员应重视患者的自我感受负担,及时为其提供个性化的心理疏导及多维度支持。
Objective To understand the real experience of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in disease feeling, so as to provide reference for the formulation of clinical nursing intervention strategies for patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of 12 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were hospitalized in a third class A general hospital in Guiyang from November to December 2021 were selected as the study objects, and in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted. Colaizzi’s 7-step analysis method was used to analyze the interview data. Results We extracted four themes, such as(1) worry about bringing fi nancial burden to families;(2) Worried about joint deformity, unable to take care of themselves;(3) The psychological burden is too heavy;(4) A sense of self blame fi lls the heart. Conclusion The patients with rheumatoid arthritis had great psychological,physiological and social needs, and the burden of self perception was heavy. Nurses should pay attention to the patients’ burden of self perception, and provide them with personalized psychological counseling and multidimensional support in a timely manner.
