摘要
目的 探讨共享决策感知对糖尿病肾病患者血液透析依从性的影响。方法 2021年1—12月选取糖尿病肾病血液透析患者84例,根据信封随机分组法将患者分为观察组及对照组,每组42例。对照组行常规健康指导,观察组在对照组基础上实施共享决策感知护理干预,比较两组血液透析期间疾病管理依从性、透析相关并发症及患者生活质量情况。结果 干预后观察组透析管理依从性总评分及简明健康量表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血液透析期间并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 共享决策感知护理干预能有效提高糖尿病肾病患者血液透析期间疾病管理依从性,降低血液透析并发症,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of shared decision-making perception on hemodialysis compliance in patients with diabetes nephropathy. Methods To select 84 hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy from January to December 2021 as the study objects, and randomly they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the envelope grouping method, with 42 patients in each group. The control group received routine health guidance, while the observation group implemented shared decision-making perception nursing intervention on the basis of the control group, and compared the compliance of disease management,dialysis related complications and the quality of life of patients between the two groups during hemodialysis.Results After the intervention, the total score of dialysis management compliance and the score of short form health survey(SF-36) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications during hemodialysis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of shared decision-making perception nursing intervention can effectively improve the disease management compliance of diabetes nephropathy patients during hemodialysis, reduce hemodialysis complications, and improve the quality of life of patients.
