摘要
加强培养过程管理是保障研究生培养质量的关键。必修环节一般指的是研究生学习过程中必须完成的任务、必须具备的技能。文章介绍了一种必修环节的信息化管理系统,基本思路是以细粒度模拟课程教学管理流程,搭建必修环节的完成过程,提供了一种信息化、规范化记录学生必修环节进展的思路,有效地提升了教学管理人员的管理效率、管理质量,同时对海量的必修环节数据进行大数据分析,还可以为教学、科研提供方向性参考,助力学科的布局与发展。
Strengthening training process management is the key to ensuring the quality of postgraduate education. Compulsory course of a graduate program usually refers to the tasks and skills that must be completed in the process of postgraduate study. This paper introduces a new information management system for compulsory course. The basic idea is to simulate the course teaching management process in a fine-grained manner, design the completion process of compulsory content and provide an informatized and standardized way of recording the learning progress. It not only effectively improves management efficiency and management quality of teaching management staff, but also produces lots of data which can conduct big data analysis. The result of the analysis may be used to provide reference for future teaching and scientific research and promote the development and management of disciplines.
