摘要
目的分析积分制用于儿科实习护理教学的效果。方法将2020年6月至2021年4月广东医科大学顺德妇女儿童医院儿科共69例实习生和10名带教老师设置成对照组(未采取积分制,常规开展护理教学),将2021年5月至12月广东医科大学顺德妇女儿童医院儿科共41例实习生和10名带教老师设置成观察组(在护理教学期间采取积分制),统计并比较两组实习生及带教老师的满意度、实习生的出科考试成绩及学习积极性评分。结果观察组的实习生及带教老师满意度为95.12%、100.00%,高于对照组的84.06%、50.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的理论成绩、操作成绩及学习积极性评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积分制用于儿科实习护理教学效果理想,能提升实习生及带教老师的满意度,并提高护生理论、操作水平和学习积极性,值得采用。
Objective To analyze effect of integral system in pediatric practice nursing teaching.Methods From June 2020 to April 2021,a total of 69 interns and 10 teaching teachers in Pediatrics Department of Shunde Women and Children’s Hospital of Guangdong Medical University were set up as the control group(without integral system,routine nursing teaching was carried out),and from May to December 2021,a total of 41 interns and 10 teaching teachers in Pediatrics Department of Shunde Women and Children’s Hospital of Guangdong Medical University were set up as the observation group(with integral system during nursing teaching).The satisfaction of interns and teachers in the two groups and graduation examination scores and learning enthusiasm scores of interns were counted and compared.Results The satisfaction of interns and teachers in the observation group was 95.12%and 100.00%,higher than that in the control group(84.06%and 50.00%)(P<0.05).The scores of theory,operation and learning enthusiasm in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integral system has an ideal effect in pediatric practice nursing teaching,which can improve the satisfaction of interns and teachers,and improve the theory,operation level and learning enthusiasm of nursing students.It is worth adopting.
