个性化积极心理干预和常规护理在社区老年高血压患者中的应用对比 被引量:9

摘要 目的:对比分析社区老年高血压患者实施常规护理与个性化积极心理干预的临床效果。方法:抽取2016.01-2017.12于本院接受治疗的老年高血压患者共计84例,计算机1:1随机数列均分组别,参比组(常规干预,n=42),分析组(个性化心理干预,n=42)。对两组患者干预前及干预后2个月的积极心理健康量表(MHC-SF)、生活质量综合评定量表(GQOL-74)评分进行统计比较。结果:干预2个月后,分析组情绪维度、心理维度、社会维度等各方面的幸福水平及量表总评分均优于参比组同期及本组干预前,数据比较有意义(P<0.05);干预2个月后,两组在躯体维度、心理维度、社会维度及物质维度等各方面的生活质量评分均优于参比组同期及本组干预前,数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。护理后分析组舒张压及收缩压水平均显著低于参比组同期及本组护理前,数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对社区高血压患者,基于患者自身的个性化积极心理干预措施的运用,即可改善患者心理幸福度,也可改善患者血压调控效果,于生活质量提升有显著增益。 Objective: To compare and analyze the clinical effects of routine nursing and individualized positive psychological intervention on elderly hypertensive patients in community. Methods: A total of 84 elderly hypertensive patients treated in our hospital from 2016.01-2017.12 were sampled and grouped equally in a computerized 1:1randomized series, with the reference group(conventional intervention, n=42) and the analysis group(individualized psychological intervention, n=42). The scores on the Positive Mental Health Scale(MHC-SF) and the General Quality of Life Scale(GQOL-74) were statistically compared between the two groups before and 2 months after the intervention.Results: 2 months after the intervention, the happiness level and total scale scores of the emotional, psychological and social dimensions in the analysis group were better than those of the reference group and the group before the intervention, and the data comparison was significant(P<0.05). The comparison was significant(P<0.05). The diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels in the analysis group were significantly lower than those in the reference group during the same period and before the intervention in this group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:The use of personalised positive psychological interventions for community hypertensive patients can improve patients’ psychological well-being and improve their blood pressure regulation, which is a significant gain in quality of life.
