摘要
目的:分析子宫颈扩张双球囊结合人工破膜对分娩结局的影响。方法:纳入351例产妇,诊治时间为2019.8-2022.8,按照入院顺序分组,对照组88例,使用子宫颈扩张双球囊,观察组263例,在对照组基础上联合使用人工破膜方式,对比两组分娩方式、分娩时间、宫颈成熟度,并对两组引产前后分娩态度和自我效能。结果:观察组顺产率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,分娩时间短于对照组,组间对比有差异(P<0.05);比较两组引产前宫颈成熟度、分娩态度和自我效能评分,无统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组引产后宫颈成熟度评分和自我效能评分更高,分娩态度评分更低,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:子宫颈扩张双球囊结合人工破膜可提高宫颈成熟度和顺产率,缩短分娩时间,可缓解产妇对分娩的恐惧感,自我效能提高,有应用价值。
Objective: To analyze the effect of cervical dilatation with double balloon combined with artificial rupture of membrane on the outcome of labor. Methods: A total of 351 parturients were enrolled in this study. The diagnosis and treatment time ranged from 2019.8 to 2022.8. They were divided into two groups according to the order of admission, 88 cases in the control group were treated with cervical dilatation double balloon, and 263 cases in the observation group were treated with artificial rupture of membrane on the basis of the control group. Labor attitude and self-efficacy before and after induction of labor in two groups. Results: The rate of spontaneous delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the rate of cesarean section was lower than that in the control group, and the delivery time was shorter than that in the control group. There were differences between the two groups(P<0.05) There was no significant difference in cervical maturity, delivery attitude and self-efficacy scores between the two groups before labor induction(P>0.05). After labor induction, the cervical maturity score and self-efficacy score of the observation group were higher, and the delivery attitude score was lower, and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Cervical dilatation with double balloon combined with artificial rupture of membrane can improve cervical maturity and vaginal delivery rate, shorten the delivery time, alleviate the fear of childbirth, improve the self-efficacy of puerpera, and has application value.
