摘要 为了揭示微型离心泵输送不同物性介质时的内部流动规律,采用SST k-ω湍流模型分别对输送水和甘油时的微型离心泵性能进行数值模拟,并通过试验对模拟结果进行了验证。研究结果表明,不论微型离心泵输送何种介质,蜗壳第Ⅷ截面突然增大对其内部流动均有一定影响;经叶轮流出的流体不易因蜗壳的作用变成周向运动,从而产生回流和流动分离现象,蜗舌附近的流动更加复杂,进而对蜗壳内压力和速度产生影响;输送水时蜗壳扩散段的回流和流动分离现象比输送甘油时更明显;输送水时微型离心泵外特性试验值和数值模拟值误差在10%以内,试验和模拟所得流体运动迹线基本一致。 In order to reveal the internal flow law of a micro centrifugal pump conveying mediums with different physical properties,the SST k-ωturbulence model was applied to carry out a numerical simulation on the micro centrifugal pump conveying water and glycerol respectively.The experiment was carried out to verify the simulation results.The results show that no matter what medium the micro centrifugal pump conveying,the sudden increasing of sectionⅧin the volute has an impact on the internal flow.The fluid flowing out of the impeller is not easy to become circumferential motion due to the effect of the volute,which results in reflux and flows separation.The flow around the volute tongue is more complex,which affects the pressure and velocity in the volute.The phenomena of reflux and flow separation in the volute diffusion section are more obvious when conveying water than that being observed when conveying glycerol.When the micro centrifugal pump transports water,the error of the external characteristics obtained by the experiment and numerical simulation is less than 10%.The path lines of the fluid obtained by the experiment are consistent with the numerical simulation results.
