摘要
文章就一例猎犬感染复孔绦虫对所采用诊断方法进行了阐述。笔者利用形态学观察与PCR技术相结合的方法对该病的病原体进行了检测与鉴定。根据病原体虫卵的形态特征、患病犬只所表现出的临床症状及PCR鉴定结果,确定该病的病原体为犬复孔绦虫。在此基础上,采用丙硫咪唑+头孢曲松静对病犬进行驱虫和治疗,取得良好的疗效。
This paper describes the diagnostic method of a case of hound infected with Dipylidiasis caninum.The pathogen of the disease was detected and identified by morphological observation and PCR.According to the morphological characteristics of the pathogen eggs,the clinical symptoms of the diseased dogs and the PCR identification results,the pathogen of the disease was confirmed to be Dipylidiasis caninum.On this basis,Albendazole+Ceftriaxone were used to treat infected dogs,and good results were achieved.
