摘要
目的 探究在卵巢囊肿治疗中采取腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术干预的临床效果。方法 92例卵巢囊肿患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与参照组,各46例。参照组实施传统开腹手术治疗,观察组实施腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗。对比两组临床指标、治疗前后炎症因子水平、并发症发生情况及卵巢功能。结果 观察组手术时间(60.58±6.47)min、住院时间(5.11±1.13)d显著短于参照组的(74.12±8.52)min、(7.25±1.56)d,术中出血量(74.56±12.36)ml显著少于参照组的(112.32±25.68)ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白(CRP)为(37.56±10.27)mg/L、白细胞介素2(IL-2)为(4.25±0.26)μg/ml,均明显低于参照组的(56.87±17.55)mg/L、(7.02±0.87)μg/ml,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率4.35%低于参照组的17.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组雌二醇、促黄体生成素、促卵泡生成素水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在卵巢囊肿治疗中采取腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗效果确切,可有效改善患者炎症因子水平,减少并发症的发生,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods A total of 92 patients with ovarian cysts were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and reference group,with 46 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional laparotomy,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.The clinical indicators,inflammatory factors before and after treatment,occurrence of complications and ovarian function were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(60.58±6.47)min and hospital stay(5.11±1.13)d of the observation group were significantly shorter than(74.12±8.52)min and(7.25±1.56)d of the reference group;the intraoperative blood loss(74.56±12.36)ml of the observation group was significantly less than(112.32±25.68)ml of the reference group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the C-reactive protein(CRP)(37.56±10.27)mg/L and interleukin-2(IL-2)(4.25±0.26)μg/ml of the observation group were significantly lower than(56.87±17.55)mg/L and(7.02±0.87)μg/ml of the reference group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 4.35%in the observation group was lower than 17.39%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of estradiol,luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy has definite effect in the treatment of ovarian cysts,and can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients,and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of popularization and application.
