Prony级数的不同阶数对HTPB推进剂力学响应仿真影响

摘要 研究了基于不同阶Prony级数的粘弹性本构方程对HTPB推进剂力学响应模拟产生的影响。根据试验结果,建立了HTPB推进剂5~10阶Prony级数模型,在不同拉伸速率下针对模型进行仿真并与试验结果进行比较。研究表明,各拉伸速率下数值模拟精度随Prony级数阶数的增多而提高,这一现象在低拉伸速率下更为明显。根据仿真与试验对比结果,当Prony级数运用于计算拉伸速率大于500 mm/min工况时,其阶数应不小于7阶;当计算拉伸速率低于10 mm/min工况时,其阶数应不小于9阶;当拉伸速率介于二者之间时,应根据计算需求优先选择高阶级数。 The influence of viscoelastic constitutive equations based on Prony series with different orders on the mechanical re-sponse simulation of HTPB propellant was studied in this article.According to test results,the HTPB propellant model based on Pro-ny series of order 5~10 was established.The model was simulated at different tensile rates,and simulation results were compared with the test results.The results show that the numerical simulation accuracy is improved with the order rise of Prony series at differ-ent tensile rates,which is more obvious at low tensile rate.According to comparison between test results and simulation results,when Prony series is used to calculate the condition that the tensile rate is higher than 500 mm/min,its order should not be less than 7;when the tensile rate is less than 10 mm/min,its order should not be less than 9;when the tensile rate is between those above,the higher order should be selected preferentially according to the calculation requirements.
