摘要
某油田主要存在腐蚀严重,突出问题是注水随着注水沿线的延长,颜色逐渐发黑,甚至呈现墨汁色,影响油田正常生产。了解现场工艺状况后,确定药剂体系后,进行现场药剂实施效果评价,实验期间取得良好效果,油水井水质指标得到明显提高,改善水质后,减缓腐蚀、结垢的发生。
Oil and water wells in an oil field are seriously corroded. The prominent problem is that the color of water injection gradually turns black with the extension of water injection line, and even presents ink color, which affects the normal production of the oil field. After understanding the on-site process conditions and determining the reagent system, the on-site reagent implementation effect evaluation was carried out. Good results were achieved during the experiment, and the water quality indicators of oil and water wells were significantly improved. After improving the water quality, the occurrence of corrosion and scaling was slowed down.
