摘要
某石化公司储罐基础检漏孔有油污流出,初步判断原因为底板泄漏。为快速确定泄漏位置,对罐底板进行声发射检测,利用时差定位分析初步确定泄漏大致范围;清罐后,对该区域罐底板母材部位进行漏磁检测,并对焊缝部位进行真空试漏、磁粉等无损检测,最终确定导致泄漏的缺陷位置。根据罐内腐蚀情况并结合沉降检测结果,确认泄漏原因为基础刚性倾斜条件下由于沉积水的作用导致储罐底板发生腐蚀穿孔。文章针对上述分析结果提出了维护和后续使用建议。
There is greasy dirt flowing out of the leak detection hole of the tank foundation in a petrochemical company,and it is suspected that the bottom plate has leaked.For quick determination of the leakage area,acoustic emission detection is carried out and the initial location of the leakage area is determined through location by difference of times.After the replacement of the medium,magnetic leak detection is carried out on the bottom plate of the tank,and other non-destructive tests such as vacuum leak testing and magnetic powder inspection are carried out on the weld parts.Finally,the location of the defect causing the leakage is determined.According to the corrosion situation in the tank and combined with the results of the settlement detection,the cause of the leak is confirmed to be the corrosion perforation of the tank bottom plate due to the action of deposited water under the condition of rigid inclination of the foundation.The maintenance and follow-up recommendations for operation are presented according to the results of the above analysis.
