生物基复合改良剂对耐盐紫花苜蓿根系生长的调控作用 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]本文旨在探讨蚯蚓粪、活性酶调理剂和内生菌根菌剂复配而成的生物基复合改良剂对不同地区盐渍土栽培苜蓿根系生长及其生理的影响机制,以期为盐碱地改良与合理利用、减轻作物盐胁迫伤害提供理论指导。[方法]采用苜蓿盆栽试验,以常规施肥(不添加改良剂)为对照(C),分别在苏北滩涂盐渍土(J)和黄河三角洲盐渍土(S)中添加生物基复合改良剂(E),共4个处理:苏北滩涂盐渍土不添加改良剂(JC)和添加改良剂(JE),黄河三角洲盐渍土不添加改良剂(SC)和添加改良剂(SE)。于现蕾期采集样品,分析生物基复合改良剂对盐渍土栽培苜蓿根际土理化性质以及根系生长特性、活力、养分、抗氧化系统等的影响。[结果]添加生物基复合改良剂可有效降低苏北滩涂和黄河三角洲盐渍土栽培苜蓿根际土pH值和可溶性盐含量,提高速效养分;有利于耐盐苜蓿根系的生长发育,总根长、根总表面积、根尖数、分枝数和根系干重显著提高,其中JE处理的总根长达460.1 cm,较JC处理增加40.54%(P<0.05),SE处理的总根长达438.6 cm,较SC处理增加59.05%(P<0.05),且苏北滩涂盐渍土栽培苜蓿根系表型参数明显优于黄河三角洲盐渍土栽培苜蓿;有效提高根系全磷、全钾含量和根系活力,JE处理的根系活力是JC处理的0.69倍(P<0.05),SE处理的根系活力是SC处理的0.50倍(P<0.05);抑制根系过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))、超氧阴离子(O_(2)^(·-))、丙二醛(MDA)的积累,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,促进脯氨酸的生成。相关性分析结果表明根系活力、根系表型参数与抗氧化酶活性、根系养分显著正相关,与膜脂过氧化、活性氧显著负相关。[结论]生物基复合改良剂有利于降低根际土盐分,改善土壤肥力水平,增强紫花苜蓿根系活性氧清除能力,加速渗透调节物质的生物合成,提高根系活力,促进养分的吸收 [Objectives]This article aimed to explore the influence mechanism of bio-based compound amendments composed of vermicompost,active enzyme conditioner and endophytic mycorrhizal fungus agent on the root growth and physiology of alfalfa grown in saline soil in different regions,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the improvement,rational utilization of saline-alkali land and reducing crop salt stress damage.[Methods]The alfalfa pot experiment was used,and conventional fertilization(without amendments)was used as the control(C).Bio-based compound amendments(E)was added to the saline soil of northern Jiangsu tidal flat(J)and the saline soil of the Yellow River delta(S),respectively.There were 4 treatments in total:the northern Jiangsu tidal flat saline soil without amendments(JC)and with amendments(JE);the Yellow River Delta saline soil without amendments(SC)and with amendments(SE).Samples were collected during the budding stage and the effects of bio-based compound amendments on the physical and chemical properties of the rhizosphere soil,root growth characteristics,root vigor,nutrients,antioxidant systems of alfalfa cultivated in saline soils were analyzed.[Results]The addition of bio-based compound amendments could effectively reduce the pH value and soluble salt content of the rhizosphere soil of cultivated alfalfa in saline soils in northern Jiangsu tidal flat and the Yellow River Delta,and increase available nutrients;it was beneficial to the growth and development of salt-tolerant alfalfa roots.The total root length,total root surface area,number of tips,number of forks and root dry weight significantly increased.The total root length of JE treatment reached 460.1 cm,which was an increase of 40.54%compared with JC treatment(P<0.05),and the total root length of SE treatment reached 438.6 cm,which was higher than that of SC treatment by 59.05%(P<0.05),and the root phenotypic parameters of alfalfa cultivated in saline soil in northern Jiangsu tidal flat were significantly better than those cultivated in
