摘要
随着气候变化和城市化,城市极端降雨事件频发,“城市看海”现象层出不穷,分析历史城市内涝时空分布对城市内涝的防治具有重要意义。在分析2017—2021年广州市暴雨时空分布特征的基础上,以微博数据为切入口,通过爬虫技术获取广州市2017—2021年的历史内涝信息,分析其内涝时空分布及其对暴雨的响应情况。结果表明:广州市内涝主要发生于主城区(越秀区、荔湾区、海珠区、天河区),内涝影响程度以其为中心呈四周扩散减弱态势;2018年广州市内涝最为频繁,其次为2020、2019、2021年和2017年;月份上,广州市内涝主要发生于5月和6月;大部分的市辖区内涝年际变化情况与广州市整体变化情况相似,但少部分市辖区(如黄埔、增城和从化)不太一致,内涝分布总体上与暴雨分布一致,但不完全相同,这与各区城市化程度、管网排水能力等因素有关。研究成果可为广州市内涝防治工作提供有效的参考。
Due to climate change and urbanization,urban extreme precipitation occurs frequently,and ocean view in city is becoming a common occurrence.To evaluate the spatio-temporal distribution of historical urban waterlogging is of great significance to urban waterlogging mitigation and prevention.Based on the analysis on the spatio-temporal distribution of rainstorm in Guangzhou from 2017 to 2021,social media data crawled from Micro-blog are used to evaluate the spatio-temporal distribution of waterlogging and its response to rainstorm from 2017 to 2021.The results show that:the waterlogging events mainly occurred in downtown of Guangzhou(Yuexiu District,Liwan District,Haizhu District and Tianhe District),reducing from downtown to periphery;the most inundation frequency occurred in 2018,followed by 2020,2019,2021 and 2017;at the monthly scale,waterlogging in May and June are most frequent;similar changes of annual waterlogging events occur from 2017 to 2021 in most districts except the districts of Huangpu,Zengcheng and Conghua;though the occurrence of urban waterlogging is highly related with rainstorms,it is not consistent with the magnitude and location of rainstorm under some cases because it is also related to urbanization level and drainage capacity of each strict.The paper provides a reference for urban waterlogging management in Guangzhou.
