摘要
基于要素增强型CES生产函数,分析技术进步和要素配置的偏向性对中国三次产业TFP增长率的影响。研究结果显示,1993—2017年,第一产业技术进步整体上偏向劳动要素,第二产业技术进步的偏向性发生了“劳动—资本—劳动”的转变,第三产业技术进步偏向资本要素;三次产业要素配置均呈现出偏向资本的特征;要素效率的增长效应是三次产业TFP增长率提升的主要驱动力,技术进步偏向效应和要素配置偏向效应仅在部分年份促进了三次产业TFP增长率的提升。未来,应当以优化要素配置结构为出发点,以适宜的技术进步和要素配置方向为着眼点,以提高要素效率为着力点,最终实现提高三次产业TFP增长率的目的。
This paper analyzes the effects of technological progress and factor allocation bias on the TFP growth rate of Chinese three industries from the perspective of factory-biased technological progress.The results showed that from 1993 to 2017,the technological progress of the primary industry was generally biased towards labor factors,the secondary industry changed from"labor capital labor",and the tertiary industry was biased towards capital factors.Moreover,the allocation of three industrial factors are more biased to capital.The disassemble of the three industries’TFP growth rate shows that the growth effect of factor efficiency is the main driving force of the three industries’TFP growth rate,the technological progress bias effect and factor allocation bias effect only promote the TFP growth rate of the three industries in recent years.Therefore,this paper suggests that from optimizing the factor allocation structure,straightening out the direction of factor allocation,improving technology,focusing on improving factor efficiency,and finally achieving the purpose of improving the TFP growth rate of the three industries.
