摘要
近年来,随着生态环保理念的不断推进,公众越来越注重营造林建设,政府采取了一系列措施进行调整,建设工作实现了质的突破。值得注意的是,现阶段公众过于看重经济利益,导致林业资源大幅度减少。仅仅依靠营造林的建设难以实现林业发展目标。因此,新时期营造林的建设应当致力于探索提升营造林建设质量的管理措施和关键技术,创新营造林管理模式,为林业的高质量发展打下必要的基础。分析了营造林建设意义和提升营造林质量的关键技术等,并探索了提高营造林建设质量的相关管理措施,以供参考。
In recent years,with the continuous promotion of the concept of ecological and environmental protection,the public has paid more attention to the construction of afforestation,and the government has taken a series of measures to adjust,so that the construction work has achieved a qualitative breakthrough compared with the past.However,it was worth noting that the public excessive emphasis on economic interests at this stage had led to a significant reduction in forestry resources.It was difficult to achieve the forestry development goal by relying solely on the construction of afforestation.Therefore,the construction of afforestation in the new period should be devoted to exploring the management measures and key technologies to improve the quality of afforestation construction,innovating the management mode of afforestation,and laying the necessary foundation for the high-quality development of forestry.This paper analyzes the significance of afforestation construction and the key technologies to improve the quality of afforestation,and explores the relevant management measures to strengthen the quality of afforestation construction for reference.
