摘要 随着我国经济社会发展的不断深入和高等职业教育改革的逐渐深化,对应用型高职院校“新商科”人才培育提出了新要求。“新商科”教学管理体系是人才培养体系的重中之重,直接影响着“新商科”人才培养质量。本文阐述了“新商科”的概念及内涵,分析了应用型高职院校“新商科”教学管理面临的问题与挑战,在此基础上,从教学课程设置、教育教学理念、教学评价体系以及教学管理制度四个方面提出应用型高职院校“新商科”教学管理体系的探索思路,从而保障应用型高职院校“新商科”人才培养质量与教学工作顺利开展,进而满足现代商业发展的人才需求。 With the deepening of China’s economic and social development and the gradual deepening of the reform of higher vocational education, new requirements are put forward for the cultivation of “new business” talents in applied higher vocational colleges. The teaching management system of “new business” is the top priority of the talent training system, which directly affects the talent training quality of “new business”. This paper expounds the concept and connotation of “new business” and analyzes the problems and challenges faced by the teaching management of “new business” in applied higher vocational colleges. On this basis, this paper puts forward the exploration ideas of “new business” teaching management system in applied higher vocational colleges from four aspects: teaching curriculum, education and teaching concept, teaching evaluation system and teaching management system, so as to ensure the talent training quality and teaching work of “new business” in application-oriented higher vocational colleges, and then meet the talent demand of modern business development.
